CANDIDATE ASSESSMENT

When you advertise your vacancies on our website and select candidates for employment, DSR will arrange, if requested, a "Candidate Pre-application Questionnaire", reference checks, a medical fitness test, a HIV test and a criminal record check. Psychometric tests are also done on request. These services are rendered at a nominal fee.

This will ensure that candidates are still properly "screened" even it they are not recruited through our or any other recruitment agency. The financial implication is that your company do not pay any placement fees, but still have the benefit of all the services rendered by a recruitment agency. Your only expenses will be for the placement of your vacancy, for the assessment of your candidate and for visa service DSR renders. In total this will amount to a small percentage of the placement fees you normally pay.
