DSR acts as preferred recruiter of especially South Africans for various Gulf companies.

DSR is able to source highly qualified and experienced South African and international staff for employment by your company, from Executive/Senior Management to Skilled Labour. While all employment sectors are serviced, DSR specializes in personnel placements in the Engineering & Technical, IT, Medical & Health, Financial and Telecommunications sectors.

DSR service/placement fees will vary between ten percent (10%) and fifteen percent (15%) of gross annual salary, including cash allowances, depending on the industry. Terms of payment is that 50% of the placement fee is payable on commencement of employment by the candidate and 50% within sixty days of arrival. Our "Recruitment Agreement" is available on request.
